Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For larger furniture items, our white-glove delivery service will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a convenient delivery window.

We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made furniture pieces are final sale.

How do I care for my COCOON textiles?

Most of our linens and throws are machine washable on a gentle cycle. We recommend air drying or tumble drying on low heat to preserve the natural fibers and softness.
